• Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
• Returns will only be accepted in case of:
  • Damaged product
  • Defective item
  • Wrong product delivered

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized products
• Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

Refund Process:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
